Our Sales Department is your closest contact. This department's personnel are the people you will get to know best. Their role is to tell you about apf arômes & parfums and its different fields of expertise, to listen to you, advise you and define your requirements in order to ensure the best possible response to your brief. This is the department that plans and coordinates how we will fulfill your requests.
Its goal is to offer you the highest possible degree of satisfaction. To this end, our Sales Manager will put you in direct contact with other departments depending on your needs : Perfumers, Evaluation and Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, etc.
For your orders, you will be in direct touch with our people in charge of Sales Administration. Your orders will be recorded immediately and special attention will be paid to meeting the specified delivery deadlines. You will be kept up to date on the status of your order with total transparency.
